    your opinion on this?
I did a withdrawal via fedex cashiers check last sunday. The cost was $25 and it was mailed out tuesday. I had another good night on monday and ordered another fed ex check for $25 on monday night. they also sent it out tuesday. Both checks were sent out in t he same package. Do you think it is right to be charged $25 twice when they were ordered on 2 different days and sent in the same package. Keep in mind the site says they sent checks within 1 business day and the sunday order was held 2 business days. The good news I just got both checks but charging $50 is a tad much. What do you think? Should I say something or let it go?

Definitely demand your money back. That's bullshit.

I'd a least say something to get an explanation on why you were charged twice.

I was charged twice because they were 2 different withdrawals. However, they held the first withdrawal an extra day and then sent them in the same envelope to save on postage. I emailed them for an explanation and will let you know what they say. This is a book I love so I would not stop using them but I hope they do the right thing and refund one of the charges.

You definitely should get $25 back.

I'm assuming that a business day is defined as Monday-Friday. The Sunday cheque was sent out within one business day and so was the Monday cheque. Unfortunate that you got charged twice but I don't see the book doing a lot wrong here.

If they actually held one envelope so that they could put the next check in that isn't right. If they were just to include them in one, I could see them getting away with charging, because fees are usually more about the processing and less about the shipping costs. But in this case fedex had to be at least 15, so maybe a partial refund. i guess bottom line isn't clear cut and you might as well ask nicely if they can give you a refund or something.
