Are the Giants a perfect example to.......

I think chasing is very risky and-ev. However knowing the Giants need to win just one game versus the Padres, has me wanting to chase this series. What do you guys think. If the Giants lose all three to the Padres at home, it would be one of the greatest chokes of all time.
