Anyone ever have to have a wager cancelled?

I made a mistake placing a wager today, and used live chat to have it cancelled. They really didnt want to do it, but they ended up cancelling it. I felt it was poor CS the way I was talked to. Just wondering if anyone else has had to do this and how they experience was.

Is it uncommon to have one cancelled or fixed? This was 2+ hours before first pitch.

ive had nascar bets cancelled when rain postponed the race to next day. just called and told them i wanted on something else. didnt want money held up on play that was following day.

Yeah 5dimes gave me shit for calling half an hour after I placed the bet, they said just this one time....

if the line changes they wont cancel or change the bet. if the line havent changed you can cancel or change the bet

I have always had my bets canceled using live chat. They say they normally do not do it and try to make it seem like they are doing you a big favour.

It was 5dimes and this is exactly what they said. Kind of pissed me off. I wanted to say well I deposited once, but will never again. I like the book though.

I accidentally bet an NFL game twice just before the game started at BetOnline and called about 2:00 into the game and they agreed to delete one. It ended up winning though

5 Dimes did it once for me when I was betting the Ponies...I was playing a $1 Pick Three and somehow typed in $100...they were cool about it and cancelled with no hassle
