No. When Fish lived in Vegas, South Point did not yet exist. But I can expect that Fish will say something like this:

"South Point is a locals joint that has better video poker than most places, certainly better than almost all casinos on the strip. Good luck, sir."

It's not a great place, IMO. If you're gonna go there, might as well drive the extra five minutes to the M. It is better in all aspects.

M is about 5 minutes south of South Point just off the freeway. Very easy to get to. Best casino/resort in Vegas, hands down.

It all depends what one is looking for in a casino..............any day of the week, one casino may favor the other for various reasons depending on what one is looking for.........

Poker at the M is pretty dusty. Just a bunch of blue-hairs waiting for the nuts. Not many games and they usually have nothing higher than $1/$2 NL spread.
