This time of year I rarely play with it. I really don't have the time. I work as a construction supervisor in NYC doing marble and granite. It's only 5 hours a day out of the house, 6 days a week, cpl days off every 2 months, but I do 5 hours of paperwork on the computer at night every night of the week. Between that, screwin around at my forums, downloading movies, doin shit the wife bothers me about, screwin around with my toy on the weekend(my mustang), the xbox just sits there most of the year. It's really a waste.

But come april I absolutely love the f*ckin thing. Basically, I only play it when MLB 2Kx comes out. A buddy of mine got me into this free online league 2 years ago that is incredible. They really make a good show. You play a half-years schedule (81 games), versus real people, mainly baseball fanatics. You get an asshole or little kid here or there, but they boot him right out (most of the guys are around 30 and work good jobs).

They do sportscenter type writeups, interviews of you (the gm), standings, stats, trades, all-star voting, real playoff system in August, the whole bit. You are the true GM of your team. Only shitty thing for me at least is I can't play as my favorite team, because the owner of the league is a fan too, but I play as the White Sox and hit bombs all day long with Thome, Konerko and Crede. So, I paid $400 for the system, $70 every year for XBox Live, and $64 for the game every year, to act like a little kid again for 1 hour out of my life. Wife hates it because I scream at her if she bitches about anything during a game, but what ya gonna do. lol.

Sounds like a good time. I would like it even better if u were able to draft your teams and then play your team vs other people. I would be 0-82 most likely tho. Since i can't adjust to off speed. I have mlb the bigs and as soon as they throw off speed on the home run pinball, im bye bye

I got the exact same score so at least you know you're as good as me at the game. Now if a few thousand more people will chime in the picture might become even clearer.

tried it several times. wasted an hour on this addictive game. the best i can do is 36k on level 10. i keep getting ****ed up on african countries and the small islands

level 11 is hella tricky. asked me bunch of places for norway and australia that i never heard of. and they're not where all the big cities are.
