Scam or not?

About a month and a half I had two card games freeze on me in sportsbetting and emailed back and forth until finally getting games un frozen. Both games had substantial wins that were unable to be collected due to them being frozen in the bonus round. Both games now show zero balances and my emails concerning collecting my winnings which were substantial have not been addressed to any satisfaction and I am still out my winnings. All I am saying is that if you are playing to win dont expect to be able to collect.
