SBROdds Question - How fast do lines refresh?

I was looking at SBROdds to see the line for some of the MLB games tonight. I use rebatewager, and logged in to put in a bet. I noticed that the line I was getting was different than what was shown in SBROdds. At first I thought the line must have moved, but as I compared the rest of the lines shown on sbr odds. All of them were different than the odds I was being given. Not saying the lines are good or bad, just depends on what side you were trying to play. However, it makes me lose confidence in SBROdds. I've never noticed this issue for football.

So my question is how often does SBROdds refresh its lines? I have waited a good 15 minutes now, and SBROdds still has the bad(old) lines.

Additional note, yes, I have manually refreshed the page a few times to make sure that my browser isn't stuck or anything like that. I see lines changing for multiple other books.

Ok, thanks. I checked this against Bodog lines as well, and the same thing appears to be the case. Lines are slightly off on sbrodds, compared to the actual lines.

Some sportbooks give us a different lines than what they offer to most of their members. I don't know if this is the case in this situation, but i'll look into this book and make sure that we're displaying the correct lines according to the feeds they are giving us. I'll let you know what I find out.

*edit* I know for a fact that bodog has requested that we display their best available lines i'm not sure about rebatewager though.

I checked on both the books mentioned and all the lines for those books are up to date with the feeds they are giving us. I also checked some of the other software products people use in the industry and the ones I checked are displaying the same lines we're displaying. When I looked at Bodog they did have a few lines that were off just a bit, but again I know that bodog has multiple linesets and they only give us their best lineset in the feed.

Thanks for looking into this. I'm not sure what the deal is. Here is a screen shot of what I am seeing right now. I refreshed the lines on RW right before taking the screenshot. I tried putting the screens together as best as possible. As you can see, all of the lines are different on one side or the other.

I guess I'll just have to take it as an about line (at least for baseball). Let me know if you want to look at this any further.

So please continue to let us know if you see any lines that appear off in the future because sometimes there are problems on our end that need to be dealt with.

I think once the stand alone product is offered you are going to see some nice upgrades and more stability and accuracy

Ok, will let you know if I see anything drastically different. I'm guessing it is like you are saying, and their "best" lines are being shown. Unfortunately, I am not being given the "best" lines
