Welfare debit card use at ATMs in casinos??

Welfare recipients can not use welfare money for alcohol or tobacco.Now Michigan legislates are debating
a ban on using there assistance Debit cards at ATM's in casinos.Some advocates for the poor see this as
unnecessary and unfair.In June Gov. Schwarzenegger of California banned the practice.Minnesota and Arizona also
ban it.

Look, I have no problem with someone on the down and out collecting welfare till there back on there feet.
This money should be used for food and other essentials.....Not trying to hit the progressive at the Sands.

Yea seen this before, ban "ATM's in casinos" so they stop across the street at the 7-11 then head to the casino.
