What's with these get $1500 loans overnight e-mails everyone is getting by the 1000's
OK,I get on e-mailing lists by the thousands because I have accepted a ton of free offers that practically rewarded me with free gambling money down through the years. But friends of mine who never solicited free anything offers got on the overnight-payday loans e-mail lists too.

There are litterally 1000's of these borderline loan shark loan companies out there that go by legitimate sounding names like they are the pillars of their communities.

Just for the hell of it,I looked into how easy it is to get these absolutely terrible loans and it's a piece of cake for anyone.By anyone,it seems like anyone off the street with no collateral could get them.I know red flags would come up on credit reports if someone probably took as many loans out as they could get in a short period of time but I think someone actually could get quite a few.

If you were in dire straights and had no conections to needing to stay in an area and didn't care if you totally ruined your credit, wouldn't you go hog wild feeling you have nothing to lose taking out as many of these loans as possible then getting the hell out of town?

Has anyone ever known of anyone that ever borrowed to the hilt on totally outrageous high interest loans and took off never to be seen again ?Hell, you hear of these people comitting suicide because they are in rough situations.I would at least go nuts taking out loans and getting the hell across country before I ever killed myself because I was in bad financial shape.

i live in georgia where the payday loans you are referring to are illegal. Its funny every one of the sites say not allowed in ga, so i couldnt get one if i wanted., but of course i would never do that again. I will say i took out a payday loan here from a local pawn shop once for 300 dollars 4-5 years back. After paying back 50 dollars every 2 weeks to renew it i paid back over 400 dollars. one day i got sick of it and told him i couldnt pay him anymore, because i had gotten laid off. He called me for a while ande haressed me and then i called a lawyer and was told he cant collect because they were illegal in the state. I sent him a certified letter telling him this and told him i would contact the attorney general. He sent me a letter telling me he understand and since i had already paid more then i borried he would let me go. I usually don't rip people off but at that time in my life i was unemployed and it was between eating and paying this crook, and i felt paying back 100 dollars interest on a 300 dollar loan was enough. that was last time i did that and wont ever borrow money like that again.

I love it... I can tell just by the title of the thread and I don't even have to read the whole title to know who the author is...

There are caps on these loans.. In Ohio you can not get more then $800 per loan but you can get more then one loan if done correctly... These type of loans do NOT effect your credit report and are easy to get but there is another report called "teletrack" which these companies use to track your inquiries for these types of loans and if you have any outstanding from other companies like this...

In the Koran it is forbidding to charge interest because "it's explanation anyway" is that it allows the rich to keep the poor down and take advantage of them... This is a CLEAR example... Why on earth would you charge poor people A LOT MORE interest ...that's stupid... if your intention is to help them and not JUST yourself...
