I gotta say, though, I was impressed with the kid, he didn't look bad. Still, it's ridiculous to make a move like that just to teach your starter a lesson. You don't think the whole team would rather have their leader out there at a time like that??

Spurrier is the same way in life as he is on the sideline, he can be a real prick but I kinda like the guy, and Im one of the very few here in his hometown. He is not liked here, which I think is childish

Even though I abused the Ole Ball Coach in this thread, you may be on to something... That freshman kid showed me something coming into that situation. He's green, but maybe he's soon to be a better big-game QB than Garcia.

The old ball coach is losing it. He thought that he could go to any program in America and turn them into a championship caliber team like he did with Florida. He failed to realize that recruiting to South Carolina is different than Florida.
