Should the stats from cupcake games count for Heisman consideration?

I'm talking about the QB's of Ohio St and Michigan. Is it really a great achievement of scoring 6 TD's on a game your team is favored by 45 points?

Shouldn't only conference games stats count for this award? Yes, No and why?

all stats should count - of course i also assume that the voter should have at least a minimum understanding of the game to judge how/why and when players accumulated stats.

Discounting non-conference games is basically saying that the voters are too stupid to understand the game --

A game is a game, it is hard to score 4 tds in a hs game

Of course it helps to perform in the big games

Big ten realizes they are inferior to the SEC and therefore try to run up the score when possible,which pads their heisman candidates numbers

yeah because alabama didn't play san jose st & duke, mississippi didn't lose to jacksonville st, south carolina didn't play furman & southern miss? during tebow's heisman season, the gators played troy, western kentucky, & florida atlantic & you're telling me playing those 3 teams didn't help tebow's numbers out? CMON MAN!
