His new routine now is to not answer the the phone once his agent helper gives Lenny my ID!
He agreed to send me $$ each month starting in mid-September.

There must be NO authority in CR to keep these slime-balls out of the business?

Why do the authorities NOT keep a watchdog on these types of criminals.
It sure isn't good publicity for that country or it's capitol city either,San Jose!
