I'm new to arbitraging/scalping.. I've done alot of reading online and understand the basics..

what programs do people use here? also, there are formal books on the matter, anyone recommend any?

Bipolar, you do realize that if someone showed you step by step how, why and what to look for and show you all their tricks regarding arbs/scalps they are shooting themselves in the foot. It's a race, if an opportunity presents itself you have to move on it fast 'cause you have tons of people doing the same thing.
