Yes I'm a Bama homer, but folks this whole deal about the Tide's secondary being weak and inexperienced is creating tremendous value. People throwing out stats about Bama's pass rush and TFL's are gonna be in for a big damn surprise. Folks, I'm here to tell you that Bama has been silly vanilla on pass rush and the blitz, not to mention Dareus changes everything. I know Mallet is dang good and I know the Hogs have some excellent play makers. But people, you are about to witness physical domination. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news to Hog fans, but the second half will take it's toll, if it even matters at that point.

Furthermore, this is the best Alabama offense I've ever seen and I've been around.

alabama -7 is a lock... its not going to be as close a game as alot of people think..only advantage arkansas has is that their at home...i would take this spread at 14.. lock for me and so far am 14-1 on college football this year....good luck everyone and take this game.

In all this discussion, I keep noticing that most of you are overlooking one very important thing. Bama's offense. Arkansas' weakest part is their defense and Bama's offense is one of the best. Mallet can't score if he ain't on the field. And under Saban, Bama's ball control has been pretty dang good.

Arky has no running game, this will hurt them. Granted, they have a good passing game but Saban will be able to zero in on a one dimensional team and cause problems for Mallet.
