Been hyping this for years and so many our missing the boat.

Not a good idea to buy just because something is at a 15 year low.

We have 13 trillion plus in debt and running 1 trillion plus deficits. I wouldnt say its a good idea to buy under those conditions.

However if you believe the republicans and tea party will take power in November and start improving the deficit situation, then maybe you should.

I just dont think it matters much which party is in charge come 2011, I think we are going to continue to see big deficits and the further tanking of the dollar.
