MODS Please Help. BTP Paid points intead of $

Ok, so this is like the 7 or 8th time i've tried to get this issue resolved. I've messaged Lou and Bill numerous times as well as posting to the forum. I've gotten nothing back in over a week.

I received an invite to the Beat the prick contest and decided to play for cash. I first went to 2betdsi.com to create an account. I then entered my new account number on the BTP contest sign-up form. I had trouble making a deposit of $50 to my account. I called customer service and they informed me that I had created a duplicate account. They cancelled the newly created account and gave me the details of my old account. I then was transferred to the accounting department and made a deposit of $50.05 to my old account on Friday September 10(I have a receipt of my deposit.) I then made my picks on Saturday September 11.

I should have won $59.84 in week 1 and $61.52 in week 2. Instead points were posted to my SBR account rather then my DSI cash account. I'm out over $121.

By my calculations I followed all the rules. It seems my only mistake was entering the wrong DSI account number in the sign-up form. I don't think this should DQ me from receiving a cash prize. Please Help.

I sent Lou at least 2 pms. I sent one to Bill as well. Bill replied and said he would fix it. On Tuesday 9/14 the $59.84 showed up in my DSI account. On 9/16 $59.84 was removed from my DSI account and 60 points were added to my SBR account. I contacted DSI live chat. Billy from DSI said he did not know why the funds were removed and I should contact SBR, which I did that day, but have yet to hear back. I will try Lou again I guess.
