i go to the dmv express, its like a extra $20 but your out in a few minutes

I'm sure it's better than it is in Costa Rica.

1. Go to the DMV and make sure that the supervisor is there that deals with foreigners.
2. Go to the bank down the road and wait in line to pay your renewal fee and any infractions you have on your record.
3. Go down the road a little bit further to the only doctor in the area, and pay a fee to have them take your blood to determine blood type, then do a brief physical/eye/hearing test.
4. Take these results and proof of payment from the bank back to the DMV, and wait in another line. When it's your turn, go to the windows on the right and they verify your paperwork, receipts, etc., and make sure everything is in order.
5. When cleared, go and sit down on some chairs and wait a bit more, until you're called to another set of windows, where they take your picture and print your license on the spot.
6. Breathe a sigh of relief that you were able to get all of this done in 1 day, then go have a beer.
