Perhaps we should look at INTs when evaluating quarterbacks. As Dr Stale suggested, we should look at TDs too, because scoring points will really help you win a game. How many yards your QB throws for are a factor too maybe. I bet if we really put our minds to it, we could come up with some sort of "passer rating" to determine how likely a QB is to rack up yards or points compared to turning the ball over.
