Never knew or heard of the guy. But RIP terrible to die at a young age.
He played at South Carolina durring the Sidney Rice era.. After Rice left, he became the #1 receiver.. He made the transittion from slot to the outside with a breeze.. He finished the season with 77 caught passes and 968 yards..

He is the schools all-time leader in catches and yardage.. He broke Sterling Sharpe's S.C. record and finished his Gamecock carreer with 2,781 yards and 207 receptions..

He is also 3rd all time in SEC receptions.. S.C. already wanted to retire his #11 jersey, so once the 5 year period is up, it will be..

These are just a few highlights of his carreer at S.C., but as a person, he was known for his smile.. He was in Columbia a few weeks ago for the Ga. game.. He talked with players and was giving advice on their futures, girls, and other topics.. No one could have suspected this news would come just a few weeks later.. You just never know the pain behind some peoples smile..
