            They are fukin idiots. I had a hard time depositing with them. Between their employees that cant understand English & ** employees that cant speak English, my money ended up funding the goddamn Taliban

              I don't understand why a book with most of their customers American doesn't hire Americans for customer service. No one wants to talk to Jose or Juanita who don't speak English when they need help.

                  all companies by law the workforce must be 95% panamanian. or they close your company.
