#14well, i guess some how all of you mis-interpreted the title. oh well, i'll run with it. i played all sports, and yeah, hockey is the worst...i.e. most physcally demanding...especially if fighting is involved.
after that, basketball...i am talking about full court with a lot of turnovers. soccer field is big but you're divided into 3 sections, so you don't really have to run the full length.Comment -

#19thats not true, u run the whole length at times, most of the time u are doing 30 + yard SPRINTS, and most of them are back to back to back to back etc.... it doesnt stop, to play professional soccer u have to have the most endurance out of all the sportsOriginally posted by picomanwell, i guess some how all of you mis-interpreted the title. oh well, i'll run with it. i played all sports, and yeah, hockey is the worst...i.e. most physcally demanding...especially if fighting is involved.

#20I couldn't have said it better pal, I have played hockey here in Detroit for 18 years. I have played every sport under the sun. Hockey is the most demanding on the body. Next is basketball for sure.Originally posted by picomanwell, i guess some how all of you mis-interpreted the title. oh well, i'll run with it. i played all sports, and yeah, hockey is the worst...i.e. most physcally demanding...especially if fighting is involved.

#23Gotcha, you mean which sport is worst to watch as a gambler if you have a heart condition? I thought that's what you meant initially.Originally posted by picomanwell, i guess some how all of you mis-interpreted the title. oh well, i'll run with it.
I'd say basketball just because of the ultra fast paced nature, and how huge swings of momentum can occur within seconds over and over again throughout the game.Comment -

If your talking about participation then it is a tie between cycling and marathon running.
If your talking about gambling then it is college basketball hands down.Comment -

#34I'm a bit suprised I was the only one that voted for NFL. In basketball the 1st half doesn't even matter much. Unless u are down 20 and laying 7 or so. So that's pretty stress free until 10-15 min to go or so in ncaa.
The 1st half matters the most in NFL imo. If you are laying 3 and up 14 pts, you have a pretty good chance of bringing it home in the 2nd half. In NFL usually 2-3 plays a game are the deciding factors in the game. So every play mean so much. In basketball if 2-3 times some1 makes a 3 or steals it , oh well, doesn't matter much.Comment -

#35Other -- baseball. Just wait till that season rolls around again. I can't tell you how many BAD/HORRIBLE beats I've had because of some reliever giving up a grand slam (or a bunch of hits with 2 outs) in the bottom of the ninth to phuck over a total play or a ML play. BRUTAL!Comment
