WARNING about BetPhoenix. CC deposits
I checked their cashier page on sunday and saw they accepted AMX. So i went to the store and bought a pre-paid card. When I come back to have them run the card manually, I am told they dont accept AMEX anymore and havent for over 6 months. I asked why they still advertised on their site and they said they dont know and i proceeded to ask if they would take it down considering it misleads customers. They told me they wouldnt take it down and there wasnt much they could do for me. I was the biggest supporter of BetPhoenix of anyone and I had my account closed after this. I know its not the end of the world, but why advertise something that you dont do and not update it.

Its an inconveince when i want to get some action on sunday and spend an extra 10$ to get the card and then find out the card is worthless. The fact they havent for 6 months and they keep the option up and there rep doesnt tell me so before i go out to buy the card.Comment -
