    Headed to Vegas...need advice.(video poker)<----------
I'm headed out to to vegas to attend a conference for work. I want to leave Vegas a winner so I will be avoiding the blackjack tables and sportsbook as much as possible. I hear Video Poker is where it's at boys.

Does anyone have any Tips, advice, strategy, and best locations to play video poker in Vegas?

I don't want Vegas to beat me again!

You need to learn PERFECT STRATEGY..............you better start studying.

Then go to VPFREE to find all the 100%+ +EV machines and/or look for promotions at various casinos.

Concentrate on DUECES WILD, since you're a beginner.

Actually, if you are somewhat bright, DUECES WILD can be played well enough with as little as 4-8 hours of study to the point where one is playing at a positive advantage(you can use cue cards for hands you are not sure of).............and the game can be learned to be played flawlessly(except for the occssional oversight/mistate every couple hours) in a span taking less then 20 hours if one is dedicated to learning the game.

The negative with this game is that it is found most in just the quarter vareity, and one will not even be making minimum wage if one doesnt take into acccount any extras............and even with extras, it could be less then minimum wage.
