stiffing people for points is the same thing as stiffing them for money and i disagree with sbr's policy about calling them out

if i see a guy at the casino that owes me money or stiffed a buddy of mine i'm going to confront him, why should this place be any different? they shouldn't be allowed to roam free and steal from fellow posters without repercussions

If you voluntarily transfer points and don't get them back that's on you
In the real world if you loan someone money and don't get paid back the police do not get involved and put people in jail, you voluntarily gave them money so you deal with it

With my first ever loan given i hit a stiff, the guy had two previous loans paid in full, plays in numerous contests,600 and more posts, but he stiffed me for 300 points. He enters every day the forums, and transfers every point in the sportsbook, he doesn't replies my messages.
This is gambling forum, you should be very careful who do you trust here.

Even though the last person I loaned points to was Bateman - who paid back a large loan so quickly that I'd be the first one to vouch for him if he ever needed another one - I'm now officially out of the loan business. If someone I 'know' on here needed points to enter a contest or whatever, I'd rather just give them the points and if they repaid me, great. If not, no big deal. There's no deterrent for someone not to stiff - as seen by the long-term posters listed in the thread that Bateman linked - so what's the point of taking the risk? If people can't save for what they want because they're degenerates who are addicted to the Sportsbook, too friggin bad. I'm not wasting my time hunting people down and sending countless PM's just to earn 10-20% interest.
