College basketabll Service out there..they are notorious for hitting totals at a sick percentage..they don't give out alot of plays but when thy do they win alot. Any idea who this is...

You can't make any money with RAS picks. It's more hype than play. You would never find the line they release. The line would be off anywhere from 3 to 5 points (for example, if they release under 140, the lines you will get is 134 to 137). Ras had some great years and actually moved lines but now they are just being annoying by releasing unavailable lines and claiming that they move the lines.
The only service that i would recommend for American Football (nfl and ncaa) and Basketball (nba and ncaab) is "Toutbuster" They method that they use works all the time because they analyze over 50 services and fade or follow certain plays each day. Google "Toutbuster +ev winning formula" and read it because If you don't like to pay for picks you can use the method and make your own picks.Comment -
