In the earlier days of online poker PlanetPoker advertised their shuffling algorithm to show the users it was fair, etc. Unfortunately for them it was easily exploitable and some software developers were able to deduce the order of the entire deck (opponent cards, cards to come, etc) after seeing the flop for one hand. After that they could synch their generator with the server timestamp and re-produce the deck on all future hands after seeing only their hole cards.

It's probably possible at a smaller poker site somewhere, but I think most of the developers/companies should have these types of issues figured out by now.
