The pass defense for Cincy has 2 strategies:

Strategy 1 (spectator strategy), stand so far away from the receiver that an incompletion is impossible even on 3rd and 15 when a long pass is the only possible option

Strategy 2 (play for the other team strategy), have good coverage on the receiver but rather than turn to look for the ball and defend the pass or get an interception simply tackle him and get pass interference thus insuring you lose the game by massive amounts
