My understanding is Justin from SBR is now working directly with SBR to recover the $3,000 initial deposit that has not been returned.

You've made over $200K cheating books, thought you'd found another free loophole, and got busted this time. You're rightfully not getting paid this time, and need to move on....

To be fair, Wagerweb hasn't refused to return the deposit yet (to my knowledge). Please give me a couple days to work on this.

HAHAHA, your "friend" open up an account and you made a few bets. Here is the translation. You thought you should deflect some attention away from your original account so you opened another account with the intention of claiming it is a "friends" account. When an investigation started for your original account, they ran your IP address and your "friends" account came up as well. You are a dummy.
I wonder about the original deposit. I think you should get it back, but if you didn't it would send a strong message to people like you. Think of it as a bump in the road from your previous rewards at BOS.
Although I don't participate in similiar scams here are some tips for you in the future as you were pretty dumb to no think this out before hand.
#1 While accumulating such a large balance by ripping off the book, be sure to make small withdrawls along the way so maybe you could continue your scams a bit longer.
#2 If your "friend" is eager to open an account at your house and bet, sign up over the phone at a real friends house and call in the bets.

Wagerweb should pay this person. End of story.
They have lost my business and I know at least 5 other people no longer playing there. Once you find one reason not to pay someone, you'll find additional reasons.
Pay the guy, kick him out, and fix your software.
I thought you quit playing offshore.

Justin,
Hey! Hope all is well..
I was going to call you, but figure this is just as good. Any update on WagerWeb paying me back my initial deposit that they have stole from me of $3,000.
Also, are you working with them at all on paying the games that were NOT past posted or is Bill Dozer handling this with WagerWeb?
Let me know - thanks.

I followed this dispute, kind of, on and off.
The question I'd have for WagerWeb, and any book doing this, is this:
If a shot-taker loses - as some will - will the book discover it and then refund the losses he made past-posting? Or doing something else underhanded?
Has there ever been one documented case of any book, anywhere, doing that? IE, refunding money to a losing shot-taker?(Rhetorical question, of course)
Isn't it up to the book to put in the software to ensure they are not thus victimized? The nature of this businesss is not like the corner deli, where it's against the law to steal from the cash register when the clerk isn't looking.
Because, after all, Costa Rica (where WW operates from) has NO laws in place at all to protect the offshore bettor. It's the friggin' Wild West.

Ritehook, thanks for your comments. The worst part here is that all I am asking is for WagerWeb to grade my plays which were not past posted - if they refuse to do this (which it seems like they are - by their no response). This is blatent theft - not sure how anyone can disagree.........

If that's truly all your asking, I can't see what the problem is.
I used to be with WW, liked it a lot, and thought the owner, or the guy who ran it(American, I think) was very straight up. (He once or twice put $$ into my account for alerting him to something slightly amiss at his place)
I dropped out after he discontinued the free half point "rewards." But meanwhile, I recommended his book to several horse players I know.
They don't care for the change WW made re "free" withdrawals. But as BB Dan has said, WW in the past year or so has really been tightening up.
The detritus of UIGEA . . .

That is all I am asking - told them they can void any game that is past posted and just pay me for those games that are not past posted..............they will not respond to me. I am hopeful that SBR can work this out for me..............in my opinion, if WagerWeb does not pay me for these plays - they are stealing........

WWS,
I am in discussions with Wager Web. When you publicly discuss your settlement negotiations with them, it makes my job much harder. It is moreso difficult if the parties don't agree on what was offered. In fact, all offers by you or them are irrelevant here - all that matters is the resolution. I would ask that you give me a little time before posting what is or isn't happening.
