Lets try this again, I am trying to download BookMaker poker. My Bookmaker poker stopped working. I kept getting an error saying that I had to update my software, when I tried to I would get this error: "Could not connect to the network server, error 26".

So I uninstalled the software and deleted my cookies and restarted computer, per Bookmakers instructions. Now when I try to install the bookmaker poker software I get the same error 26. I spoke to BookMaker again and they do not know what the problem is. I have to email their support team tommorow. Anybody know what this problem is?

50 points if you can help me fix this with a LEGIT way to fix it, please do not do a search on how to fix it and post some shady site if if you are not sure. I'm not trying to download any viruses of spyware or adwareand I have already searched. I just cant fix the god damn problem.

Cross Winds, I did already, so I was hoping somebody here has gone through this already or knows something I don't.

I'm no computer expert, but if that were me, I would try a disk cleanup and also disk defrag. Also, have you tried creating another user account on your pc? If not, create another user account on your pc and try downloading the program to the new account. Beyond that, I am stumped. If that don't work, there's alot of sharp people on here who should be able to help. Good luck.

So I tried re-installing with a new account. I thought it worked, the software actually downloaded. This was the other night. But my login/pw would not work. Of course I was drunk and went to bed happy that I actually got the software to download and I would deal with it when I was sober in the morning.

No go. Shit still does not work.

Although I downloaded the new software, now it is saying that I need to update to the newest version before I can play. When I click on OK to download the newest version I get this error: Download Failed. Error = 08x0004004... Operation Aborted.

WTF? This sucks.

had same problem so I went to control panel uninstalled software than went to bookmaker site and re downloaded program and now works fine I hope you get a resolution to this

NAZ, you motherfukker, I am not sure if this worked 100% but it sure as hell looks like it did. BUT this happened the other night when I thought I had a fix and then it blew up in my fukking face. But for now, everything looks good, brotha-man.
