By the way, how fast are Australian bookies with limits?

I've been with centrebet for a long time winning more than losing but they never dropped a limit on me.

Yes, I too had a few years winning nicely off Centrebet but when the crunch came it was quite dramatic

Firstly they put me on delay ... could be up to 2 mins or so before they'd come back with a response and then a little later the limits to the absurd stage and I just gave up on them.

Also they refuse me any access to their most attractive racing option .. I think it was best of 3 totes and top fluc?

As for the others, they are being steadily acquired by the big Euro books now and the well known Pommie disease of harsh limiting of unprofitable customers has very obviously surfaced here now at IAS, Sportsbet and Sportingbet as well.

As an Aussie who comes from the regulated market that we have, its kind of weird to see off-shore books falling over and not paying etc. It just doesn't happen here. Regulation is a good thing i'd say!

I use to play with MultiBet until they gone out of business. I miss that book a lot.

sports alive (ok)

I have not been limited so far (using centre + can for 2 years). I never had any problems with those bookies.

Canbet is no longer an Australian book and is nowhere near what it used to be when it was. Check out all the problems players are finding there. Get out and stay out is my advice.
