Just got a Samsung Epic. MLB.com is awesome on the browser, but for other sports ESPN is kind of weak.
Can anyone suggest an Android app for score updates?

#2I use espn score center. You can get pitch by pitch for baseball and play by play for football. Works great for meComment -

#6android app called live scores is excellent. multiple sports MLB, NFL, NHL, Soccor NCAA and more auto refreshes. I have a few different apps for scores and this one works best.Comment -

I see, yea that would be pretty annoying.
But I don't have that problem. I just have the screen up, then it auto refreshes, but I have my screen auto shut off after 1 minute of non use. But soon as I turn the screen back on it goes right back to that page, and is updated.
For some reason I just didn't care for the score center. I can't remember why.Comment -

#8I love the iphone App where live updates pop right up on your screen without doing anything, it has to be the greatest thing ever invented for a gambler
College foots it is great, all you do is going into App and click the games you want all scoring updates forComment -

#12Yep...the battery blows - i turned off auto brightness and set it really low, dramatic improvement....and I think the Live Scores is the one to use (waiting to see how other sports besides baseball function on it though)Originally posted by mike1234I have the Samsung Epic too and I love it.
