Twenty minutes of my life.

She sounded pretty snippy on there at times but she put in a good effort of handling you professionally and trying to steer you back on track considering you were basically telling her she was shit at her job and her boss sucked. "You're going to teach ME about customer service?"

For future reference though, there is quite a difference in saying to a woman that she should 'bend down' as opposed to 'bow down' when used in a conversation about customer service. Although you told the 2nd guy who answered the phone that Lucy hung up on you because you said 'bow down' which is a pretty common term in every day conversation, this isn't what you said. Bending down basically implies you think she should be on her knees sucking you off. Not nice.

Great video though - gave it 5 stars as it made me giggle a few times and you were very level-headed throughout if not a bit misguided. Although I'm not sure Profit's going to be flattered by the comparison you made.
