Has anyone had technical problems with Bet Phoenix Live BJ?

Just had a hand where I had 19. I hit the "stand" button, but dealer hits me!

This is like the 3rd time a similar thing had happened to me on there.

I'm done playing on there! Last time it took them 3 days to refund me.

Just wondering what the problem could be and if it happens frequently?

this happened to me one time also, after a split I had 11 and it didn't let me hit! They refunded my money after 3 days of headaches!

that is what i had to do the first time. they said I'd have a response in 3-4 hours, which actually took 2 days. Of course when they responded, they got the information wrong, which took another day to correct. But they DID correct it.
