#39Yea I do... zero. The original rumor was VIP owned a piece, then the even juicer rumor was Pinnacle owned SBR. I forget the others.
I think maybe The Shrink, RIP, was settling gambling debts. The largest bet I ever made that wasn't a hedge was $2700 which I lost. I know I can't win so need to lose everything to prove it.Comment -

And MB, maybe somewhere down the line we can do something jointly. A healthy MB is good for the offshores. It allows kind of a clearing house to absorb risk and still book profitably.Comment -

#47Thanks Kats... guess I dont type as fast as I think. Dont do either very fast actually.
Yes, we will have some details ready by the Superbowl. But basically a meet-n-greet on a Fri afternoon in good ole San Jose which will include a guided tour of downtown. Next day a poker tourney at the SBR facility and then the party bus takes everyone to the beach for a night of entertainment. Sunday golf and deep sea fishing for those that can stay Sunday. They will be talking about this bash a 1000 years from now!Comment -

#55I'm sure all of SBR's expenses will be lower than in LV. So they can either save some money or if they are using a similar budget probably do a lot more in CR. Either way it makes sense. There may be fewer posters (maybe more?) who attend but it might be the only way a lot of posters would ever go to CR. Sounds like a good time. I will be looking out for the details.Comment -

#59Nothing will change except the location. I don't recall what it was last year but it will be the same. It cost maybe a $100 more to fly to San Jose vs las Vegas. The resort we will book will be considerably more expensive than the Nugget but all that is free. It makes a lot of sense to have it in costa rica. This will be a bash for the ages.Comment
