A sportsbook sent my cousin this really nice poker set in a fancy wooden box out of the blue this one time. But that was obviously because he had lost a lot of money there and they wanted to keep his business. I play at the same book and never received any kind of gift, so that is how I know I am in good shape with my wagering. lol.

true story, back in 03, i sent 15k NETeller to a book. i sent 6x 2500$ payments. book counted 17,500$ instead of 15,000$.. so they put in an extra 2500$.. i called the CS girl up and told her, and guess what i got for it??? NADA.. squat.. NOTHING.. not even a thank you, not even an email, not even a phone call, not even a 50$ free play. it was like nothing happened.

boy did i regret it after that. a simple thank you would have made me happy.. ..
