I think Dennis Dixon is a more than capable QB to lead the steelers to a winning season.

Do you think Ben getting his position back is a given after doing his 4 game suspension?

They will need him back. I think they will be lucky to be 2-2 with Ben out.

Tomorrows game is clear cut winner in my opinion. We start 1-0, we may even go undefeated the first 4 games.

        4-0 I doubt. Yes, a given.

1 of them was not really deserved
the 2nd was thanks in large part to santonio holmes who is not with us anymore.

Anything can happen, 4-0 with Dixon leading the steel, I def believe that.

big ben is a top 10 qb, maybe not by the stats but the guy knows how to win the game and thats all that matters

If Steelers can start the season 4-0 then no way should the rapist get his starting job back. But he will.

I heard the following this morning on NFL Network from someone that scouted the Steelers this week in practice (paraphrasing): Watched the Steelers this week in practice; for them to win their defense and special teams have to be PERFECT.

Big Ben will get his job back, no doubt. Tomlin never should have made it a debate, just another terrible decision by him.

                          Edit:

                                how? where was the proof?

in my opinion most athletes/famous people get worse treatment in the legal system then the average joe.

look at michael vick, if he was just some average punk i think he would of got little to no time. The only reason he got so much time was because the DA gave everyone else deals to bury Vick. If Vick wasn't famous they wouldn't have done that.

There's no question that Rape-lisberger will get his starting job yet. I agree with the some others that this isn't even a question. And, actually, his numbers are pretty sick especially if you consider 2 Superbowls as a metric.

                                        Guy won two super bowls...

Whether the Steelers management/coaching staff will admit it or not, they're counting down the days till they get Big Ben back...Believe it!!
