JJ you know NFL is all about size, he could be a steve slaton type, but they have him projected as a 3rd or 4th rounder

he's small but quick, could be a good back in a two back offense

Deion Sanders should let him stay at his house again so Noel could steal his car for a second time.

I see his ceiling as a Warrick Dunn type player. And there is nothing wrong with that.

My dear JJ,
I know for a fact you were watching Rutger games when Rice was tearing it up in Jersey. It was obvious he was quite a few levels above his competition in the Big East. It was sickening how he could keep his motor going and churn through tackles. Devine against Marshall should look good, but Rice was one of the most underrated and best college players I've ever seen.
Thank you for your consideration,
Deluxer

Noel devine might be a good return man but a rb in the nfl i doubt it he gets tackled way to easy and is way to small to take those hits over a season. he'll return kicks or be a weapon as a wr only problem with that is he doesnt have the best hands.
