Just kidding. Do you have problems with procrastination? I'm going to tell you about a simple chart you can make to help yourself with that. Make it identical or similar to the following.
Column one: activity
Column two: predicted difficulty/satisfaction
Column three: actual difficulty/satisfaction
The latter two can be broken up into two columns each for a total of five, if you wish. Use any rating system you're comfortable with; I made a simple one of 1-5 because I have mild OCD and will over-think what number to pick. Under the activity, write or type down the activity you want to procrastinate, of course.
