Pat White Cut from Miami Dolphins - Signs with KC Royals
Cut on Saturday making him ineligible to sign on to the practice squad or to sign with another team, so the Kansas City Royals signed him to a minor league deal. If the opportunity comes for him to play football again, the Royals will work with him. Says he won 2 state Championships in high school playing in the outfield.

Unreal. I never thought he'd have an NFL career anyways, too small. He should have stuck with baseball from the beginning.

maybe a dumb question, I get the practice sqaud thing but why cant he sign with another team? That sounds wrong to me.

I agree...Although he was fun to watch at West Va, but what duel threat QB isn't fun to watch in College. I was hoping he got a little bit of a chance last year for Miami, but never happened, besides a few wildcat plays.
