who knows about real esate

i seen many 2 bed room 2 bath condos in south florida for 25,000.00


that is a really low price but what is the catch.

there has to be one.RIGHT


if i put 10,000 down on 15 years it comes out to about 150 per month.


does any one know more about this and what is the true catch here.

Check the neighborhood. Find out the percentage of units lived in by owners (look for above 60%). Check on the dues and when were they last raised? What does dues include (some places water/trash/cable etc). Notice the surrounding blocks? Near big homes or other trashy section 8 type projects. If you get good answers to these questions!! Buy 2. change is coming.
