ok here is what i noticed..

the first 2:10 of the 7 min vid, you didn't say 1 word.. we were just watching you eat and drink..

secondly, if you look good during the first 2:10, i noticed something brock.. i swear you are getting a big stomach now.. brock, you used to be ok, what happened?? i see now you drink Mountain Dew for breakfast and gamble too much.. brocker, you have to lose that belly fat.. it's time you stop mountain dew and replace it with tea/coffee or juice. who the fukk drinks mountain dew for breakfast?? it's all sugar..

next you have to start to exercise. i have lost 23 lbs in 2 months walking.. start walking 1 hr, everyday. walking is ureal how much weight you lose..it really works.. just be active...you're heading into the wrong direction brocker..

for a 7 min vid, you hardly said anything.. most of it was watching you drink and eat, and you moving your head alot..

aside from that, good vid and thanks for not putting up that racket of loud music you usually put.

ya know nicky...can't say im incredibly pissed but im not incredibly happy either. here i am backing brock up when people bash him and he cant do a simple thing as give me a shoutout? thought brock was a respectable guy but i was clearly mistaken.
