They can and should raise it for non -pros. So what. As long as they decrease it for pros, its a price drecrease. Everyone has the opportunity to become pro, therefore it is actually a price decrease for all.

Everyone who is not pro claims to be super super rich just they dont want to give their info . ( Yeah right ). So if thats the case, its their choice to pay the higher price. They have the option of getting on board and then they get the reduced price as well, therefore this is a price decrease for all.
