I already sent my donation to the ref crew. They are thanking me in the locker room as we speak.

Hell yes he is JJ. I can't argue with that tonight.

Let's also give credit to Ryan Grant for rebounding and exploding.

I have no idea why McCarthy was still running plays on that last series. Thought he should've been kneeling. If Holmgrem is going to give you the courtesy of punting, you should take the hint.

JJ I have to agree with you. Todays game is how football should be played. Outdoors, in cold weather, with some hits that would put most players to shame. This was "real" man football at it's best.

And I don't think I"ve seen farve better in years. :cheesehead:

I guess they don't have a cheesehead emocotion..... hehehe

I never realized how close these two are statistically through the first seven years of their career. Very minor differences and both are extremely durable.

Eliminating both their first years since neither really played

                        Brady 1st 7 years starter
                        111 games, 2294 completions, 63% completion %, 26,370 yards, 197td's, 86 int's, 2.29 td to int ratio

                        Favre 1st 7 years starter
                        111 games, 2318 completions, 62% completion %, 26,803 yards, 213 td's, 116 int's, 1.83 td to int ratio

Brady clips him with less INT's. Brady also has the multiple rings but he has obviously been surrounded by a much better team than the Packers had during those first seven years.

Time will tell if Brady remains as durable but the stats paint a very similar story thus far.

May have spoke too soon. brady 7-0 at home in playoffs. 13-2 career in playoffs overall, going for a fourth super bowl championship this year.

26/28 tonight, 262yds 3TD 0 INT, the two incomplete passes were outright drops..
