    Seattle +9 is a gift
I really like Seattle at +9. Green Bay has not beaten anyone with a winning record since September! I expect the veteran Seahawk players to attack Favre and force him to throw picks. I like Peterson and Kearney to get on to him early and often. Kearney killed Favre a few years ago at the playoffs in the frozen tundra while he was with the Falcons. Mike Holmgren is a genious and he will exploit the soft Green Bay defense. Alexander is a monster at playoffs and he will show up big today when all concentration will be on Hasselbeck.

This play is based purely on experience of teams in players and coaching. I also find the Seahawks defense to be very similar to Bears defense which the Packers have struggled against. Seattle is used to play in bad weather so weather conditions will not favor Packers by that much. Seattle beat Cowboys last year on the road and we all saw what happened to poor Favre in Dallas this year.

I have invested a dime of my hard earned money on this game.

    Good Luck!

You say GB hasn't beaten anyone since September (they beat Washington in October), but other than the Skins 4Q meltdown last week, who has Seattle beat in that span?

GB's defense isn't "soft." That's laughable. Kampman, C-Wood, Harris, Barnett, Hawk soft? Come on.

Maybe Shaun WAS a "monster," but those days are in the past. Alexander hasn't come close to approaching 100 yds. rushing since mid-Sept. It's pretty evident that, despite his name, he's one of the worst every down backs in the league. I don't know what would lead you to believe he'll have any semblance of success against a capable Packers' run defense.

GB dominated the NFC North, a significantly better division than the West. The Packers are better all over the field. I'm perplexed by those wondering how GB's secondary (featuring the best pair of DBs in the league) is going to handle Seattle's receivers. A better question - how are Seattle's corners going to deal with Driver, Jennings (best deep threat in the league other than Moss), Jones and Lee? Not to mention the Seahawks' stopping Ryan Grant, one of the handful of better backs in the league over the last 3 months.

My Pack futures play is preventing me from betting this game individually, but I think GB wins by a wider margin than any team this weekend.

This line may be a "gift," but the gift is GB -7.5 (7 -115 if you by the 1/2 at Greek).

I would love to see Packers win by 7 points rjt. You don't lose any money and I cash.
