It makes no sense. Every play is under review? Even the easy to call plays with the naked eye. Yesterday CMU scored a touchdown, they threw a flag for 12 men on the defense, they reviewed to see whether or not 12 men were on for the defense. Why? CMU wanted to decline and take the TD either way. Shit like this happens all the time. Too many delays and they review stupid plays. Plus it seems when they review certain plays they seem to still get it wrong over half the time.
