I'm not sure she didn't get at least some mercy. Both her lawyer and the government's lawyers argued for minimum sentence (6 months)before the judge.

I think that Barry if convicted will go the the hole for a while, I think that with the public eye that has been on this whole scandal that they will hammer him if given the opprotunity.
