Colon cleansing products

Is colon cleansing good for you? Does anyone really need it?

I think old posters like Sicky Santoro, Fishhead, and Beantownjim should know, did you guys use powder? or liquid supplements through mouth or rectum?

I think the idea is to force the colon to expel its contents.

You don't need to waste money on colon cleansing. Drink plenty of water, and get plenty of fiber (take metamucil or something if you need to), and you'll get cleaned out just fine.

You could also just eat some spicy mexican food, or eat something that'll get you food poisoning, heh, and the resulting diarrhea will clean you right out as well

I go once a year to get a colon cleanse. It's the most awkward feeling in the world and very uncomfortable but I feel much better after I get it done. It's weird seeing the tube with everything coming out of you.

Eat a bunch of blueberries and believe it or not but spicy peppers are good for you. High fiber diet and lots of water is the best way to go.

Oh man I had some blueberry beer the other day cause my girl thought it was a good idea.
