it opened at Minny -105 now it is Texas -120 on some books with a -115 avg?

Twins purchased the contract of RHP Matt Fox from Triple-A Rochester.
Fox doesn't really belong in the majors, but he'll start against the Rangers on Friday because of a lack of available options. The 27-year-old right-hander has a 3.95 ERA in 35 games (21 starts) with Triple-A Rochester this season, posting a 104/51 K/BB ratio over 123 innings. We're not feeling too good about this one.
