Here is a list of books I've tried, seeking input for more new books to play at.
5 dimes - personal beef with them but prob deserves a B rating. I think a book that cuts limits like recreational books do should not be allowed to get higher than a B+. Just me though. Alot of betting options, alot of parlay options love the site, its pretty easy to use etc etc alot of betting options. Great for a recreational site, but alot of people complain about limits cut and some crazy guy named Tony.

Beted - terrible teaser options/terrible lines, the only good thing the book has is for NFL football you can do a fantasy matchup. say the colts are playing the patriots and you want to put them against the falcons... You can do that on this site. Anyways, they also double drafted my checking account and redrafted again after I put a stop pay on them for the amount they debited me for. (My bank reversed all charges part of the problem, my bank reversed my initial deposit with them). Now I'm not content to carry a negative balance, but I thought long and hard about this. They drafted my account an extra time. I put a stop on the transaction. They drafted for 249.56 to avoid the stop pay on there extra draft attempt on my account. They purposely tried to avoid my stop pay and kept drafting my account. I had to get a whole new checking account and change all my bills over to my new account. Pain in the but for sure.

So I should actually have a negative balance here, but they have never sent me anything regarding it. Never logged into there site after the bank drama.

Betus - Slow payed the hell out of me. I turned a 10.00 fp into a 500.00 bankroll. Pretty proud of this, not very hard but I did this all over the past 6 weeks. Betus for some reason as much as I hate them, I sure love taking there money. I'm up over 2g's on them not bad for someone who's usual max bet is 20-50. My big play was LSU 75.00 the other night. Problem is waiting the 3-8 weeks to get paid.

Skybook- Actually liked this book, but they don't post alot of ML or have alot of teaser options. I also don't believe in the half point. I bet most of 2nd half of NFL, CFB here and I don't think the 1/2 came into play at all. Its not bad for Basketball, but its only on fridays. They also have a 30% reduce juice option. Your hard pressed to find a -600 or a +500 ML on this site. I signed up with them for 250 + 100% match and rolled it over to 2500.XX cents exactly. Cashed out my 5x roll over with a hair over 600.00. I'm not lighting the world on fire here, but making money is making money. I really like how Skybook alows you to view your pending wagers, your last 24 hours etc etc etc. Props for breaking down your bets very well. Also props for 40.00 next day payment. They send all payouts ** or Moneygram.

These are my honest opinions about books that I've actually played at and put money into. I will prob start up baseball season at skybook, but they are too middle of the road on the lines, its almost like there a conservative sports book. I guess nothing wrong with that.

oh and everyone on the phones speaks good english. At least from my experience with them.

I for one don't have a problem giving a book like 5Dimes an A type rating if they are a recreational book. They have good customer service in my opinion and they pay very promptly.

I'm glad to hear you have had some good success with BetUS, although I'm glad you do see the danger that surrounds them.

BetEd is now dealing dual lines which is something that I don't really look for when looking for a book, however I won't hold that against them at all.

Skybook has been a very solid book for quite sometime now, and do offer some nice promotions. Not to mention they do offer Echecks for U.S. players which is a positive considering the state of the industry.

Hey PC, very strong write up! Great first hand info. You have a couple of dangerous books in that list which you noted the slow payouts. Be careful with them.

I don't mind playing there if I get paid. So far Betus will pay you. You just gotta wait for it. I'm ok with that to some degree. considering I'm taking there money. For how small time I am to be up near 2500 on them is pretty funny.

As for 5 dimes. The fact that they hung up on me pissed me off personally. The thing that gets me is why is a recreational book allowed an A rating if all they do is cut lines on someone who wins alot with them. I know books don't want to bleed money and they should spot frauds and deal accordingly. But its like Ok, your a good gambler so your max is 50.00 enjoy. Its like preying on newbies. Its like going on vacation and sucking the tourist dry. Thats my opinion on books that cut lines as quick as 5dimes has been accused of multiple times. I don't think thats right. So while they pay people, I think the fact that they cut lines so fast needs to also work against them in there ratings. Nothing wrong with being a good/safe book. But you should have to play it the same way. If you take the sharps in and let them play you should be rewarded for it, especially for how competitive this industry is. Alot of people values the ratings, I'm not sure how much 5 dimes would value going from a A to a B+. I just think that in this case the book is picking its clientel so they can profit off of them.

        edit

I guess to pursue the type of rating system I see would prob have a massive reratings done for almost every book with alot of books moving down to lower B to C ratings. I'm just a driven person. But to get a A from me you would truly deserve it.
