How many SBR Posters can do this???

Out of 7,000 SBR posters, i'd say not more than 1 here can do this.. Most people here out of shape.. Most here have not done any type of exercise in 5 yrs...This is a hockey player for Montreal. he did this today.. it was 57 inches.. (just under 5 feet). i did 34 inches last week.. almost broke a couple of bones....can anyone do this at sbr?? i say NO.

this exercise exemplifies strength, athleticism.. if you can do over 32 inches, you are in decent shape.

here is the nicky santoro chart.

under 20 inches... you are in horrible shape

21-29 inches, you are borderline

30-36 inches... you are a good athlete

37-44 inches, you are a star and a tremendous athlete.

45-52 inches, you should be a pro athlete

53 inches and more.... you should be in the olympics or making 4 mill a year.. you are Lebron James.

I'm confident in saying that this is quite a feat that most if not all SBR'ers could not do. But I'm sure there are many here that could do 40+. But 57.....no way.

nicky i am 6'2 205 and can do 53 inches

have seen brothers do 66 inches+

i did 34 inches... but i did fall.. i had it but lost balance. fair and square and no cheating, i can do 30 inches..
